    <summary type="html">Yes that is a basic scale and fingering chart, but be aware that in practice gaida players use a lot of closed fingering, meaning as you probably know, keeping fingers down below the hole making the note. they seem to mix it up a lot though, also using open fingering with fluttering to subtley shade the note. The techniques vary too between the two types of Gaida. Also the flea hole on Djura Gaida can be used to raise or wobble every note, right down to the bottom if the reed is working well, but the flea hole on Kaba Gaida only works properly at the top of the scale, it doesn't make a proper F from the E position on the E Gaida, and the note gets further out and disfunctional the further you go down.</summary>
